We have multiple platform MOCVD reactors and a full-featured characterization lab to support the advanced research and daily production. Our expertise is MOCVD epi-growth for nitride optoelectronic devices which is the technological core of the GaN-based LED business. We have great history of producing reliable and efficient blue and green LEDs for traffic lights, full color displays, LCD backlight and general illumination. We have assembled a well-trained veteran engineering team which covers a full spectrum of LED technologies including MOCVD growth, LED device design and processing, material and device characterization, and LED packaging and testing for volume LED production and advanced R&D.
